Teamware Solution Centers become Teamware Interactive

Teamware Group, a Fujitsu subsidiary, has today announced that all its customer-facing units, formerly known as Teamware Solution Centers, are from now on called Teamware Interactive. Teamware Interactive units that are located in Finland, in Sweden, in the UK and in the Netherlands, are responsible for selling and delivering all Teamware solutions. They interact closely with Teamware product development.

By launching the new name Teamware aims to emphasize its competitive advantage, i.e. the company’s unique knowledge in person-to-person interaction in demanding IT-environments. It also indicates the company’s way of working; Teamware believes that being interactive is a key to success in the Internet solutions market.

With the new name Teamware aims to clarify its communications and customer service in all markets. All Teamware sales and consulting people will be united into Teamware Interactive. The new unit will sell and deliver both Teamware Pl@za and Teamware Office solutions as well as offer consulting services.

This change will also tighten the relationship between product development and sales & consulting. Teamware Interactives will work closely together with the product development and provide them with the customer/market requirements on an ongoing basis.
